Nicholas Rupp

Nicholas is a personal trainer who specializes in corrective exercise, mobility, flexibility, rehabilitation. He has been in the fitness and training industry for more than 10 years. After coming to the realization that no portion of the body can be isolated, he spent the last ten years devoting his education to the bodies’ muscular and nervous systems. This has led to an understanding of the bodies’ connective tissues and the response that changing them can elicit.

His initial start in fitness came from leading his command physical readiness training program during his tenure in the United States Navy, aboard the submarine USS Dolphin. Upon his separation he began studying pre-med and pre-law, while becoming a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. After completing his Bachelors in Pre-Law he realized his passion lied in corrective exercise and manual therapy and is currently looking to continue his education in Physical Therapy.

He is a partner in the Equilibrium Fitness Solutions formerly The Stretch Institute Health and Wellness Center LLC. He has overseen several departments in large and boutique gyms. His passion for fitness is contagious and how it can lead to increased performance in every aspect of life is evident within his work. As your therapist/trainer Nicholas wishes to synthesize scientifically proven and integrative methods with a unique understanding of your desires to elicit life altering results.
